1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and IngageNow Marketing Consultant LLP ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.

You agree that you are solely responsible for your use of the platform and the consequences of your outreach.

Liability Disclaimer

No Guarantee of Revenue: We provide tools for lead generation. We do not guarantee closed deals or specific revenue figures.
Compliance Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IngageNow Marketing Consultant LLP from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your violation of anti-spam laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) or misuse of data obtained via our platform.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of content generated by our agents, but you bear full responsibility for its accuracy and legality.

3. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. Prohibited activities include:

Systematically retrieving data to create a competing database.
Using the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
Using the Service to send spam or unsolicited commercial email in violation of applicable laws.

4. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and generally not provided for partial months.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. IngageNow Marketing Consultant LLP and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
